We worked with children's author and editor Marilyn Watts to create an embroidered picture book about diabetes which was distributed to schools, libraries,  health centres and bookshops in Newham.

We gave a short talk about our book and how it came to be made at the British Association of Retinal Screening in Leeds this summer and have been invited to talk to health professionals at conferences in Belfast and London

in 2018.
